MDB Paid Up Letter

<p>The 12 July 2016 I spoke to MBD call center Agent Sthembiso who gave me a final oustanding amount of R1708.91 and MBD debited my account on the 13th July 2016 and they said they will send me a paid up letter that I never received. To my suprise yesterday I received a call from other attorneys they say my Standard Bank account has been handed over to them. This morning when I call MBD I spoke to Neo who told me to call Standard Bank and sort out my query with them. Std Bank referred me back to MBD. I call MBD again I spoke to Pelonomi she said they can't help me because Std Bank has taken my account from them 26 September 2016 and they can't sent me the paid up letter, she then referred to me her manager and the manager's phone is just ringing no answer. My question is why did they give me wrong information that I'm paying off my account 4 months later I get a call that my account is still outstanding and no one is taking the responsibility. Please help me.</p>
