MDB never available for paid confirmation letters and a refund

I had 3 loans with Old Mutual and could not pay the loans and the were handed over to MBD, In April I called MBD requested settlement letters and they were received from Carol Tibbetts, I settled all 3 made an error and overpaid with R600, I have been looking for Carol or any 1 who can assist with a refund and paid up confirmation letters, because they owe me the matter is not serious anymore, whereas I used to be harassed with phone calls and sms's everyday.
