Hello, I I am writing to bring to your attention the appalling service I have received from MBD regarding my Fix account. Despite paying my account in full and providing all the necessary information for assistance, I have encountered nothing but obstacles and refusals from MBD representatives.

Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager for assistance, I have been consistently refused access to higher-level support.

Unfortunately, my experience with MBD has been far from satisfactory, and it is disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service.
