I have been receiving calls from MDB attorneys on a daily basis and looking at forums and comments this is their modus operandi.

They make phone calls where they want you to identify yourself and then try and lead you to acknowledge that you owe whoever they are collecting on behalf of some money. With bullying tactics and constant harassment, this will continue and if you challenge them they will either put the phone down or if somebody actually takes the time to listen they will put the phone down halfway through the conversation when it is realised that answers must be provided or they promise to come back to you which has NEVER happened. This is repeated daily and all the time you spend to explain the situation will be done again the next day when another person calls.

Trying to get something in writing from them is also an immediate put the phone down and although they say calls are recorded the previous persons promise to resolve matters don't seem to be recorded anywhere and when you ask for the call and supply a date and time and the officials' name provided it can never be found so calls seem to be recorded only when it benefits them.

Stop harassing me, answer my queries and pay me back the money your client owes me.
