MDB attorneys pathetic beyond words

Frustrated beyond words! MBD & Norlam Attorneys have BOTH been debiting money off my husband account for the SAME account. Both companies are addemant that THEY are the ones who must receive payment. Payments are not reflected on account.The outstanding amounts on the account differ with R10 000 between the 2 companies. This has been going on for 2 years!

It's impossible to get hold of somebody who can assist. If they phone you have to explain everything again, it doesn't seem like there is any system in place to update a case on their side and no communication between employees. Eventually we got hold of them and added Norlam attorneys to the call. They discussed and made promises that they will sort it out between the 2 firms but nothing was done about it.Just to be phoned again the next day- nothing done and nothing updated! Right back to square one! Nothing sorted out between them & Norlam Attorneys.Nothing updated on their side about previous communication & arrangements.We are still getting daily phone calls. Now they have even started phoning me at work! My Husband made it clear that he will only communicate further via e-mail.But they continue to call and nothing updated or done about the issue on their side!
