<p>Im almost finished with this account of mine from Rcs that was handed over to mbd attorney, The problem is the charge me for everything from phone call to email they send me .|s`nt there a baord i can report them to i pay R500 and at it seems that i only pay R250 because of the phone call and email they send me.I dont want a statement from you via email nor do i want a reminder phone call as to when am i going to pay my next installment, You can see on your system that i pay my accound regulary and on time.</p>

Ive been sending these people 2 email requesting my balance and nobody comes back to me. Why do i have to this root to get your attention.

I have send several email requesting a letter stating that the account has been paid up ,the account with the store including their lawyers fees .I dont want to receive a suprise phone call from these guys a few months from now stating that i still owe them but nobody comes back to me.i have send the email after email and i even called them.
