MDB Attorneys -A Business or a ******** Organization

This company is one of the most pathetic when it comes to updating records and communicating across various business functions. They continue to harass me by phone and SMS on a matter that has been closed months ago. None of the agents are prepared to share email addresses or contact numbers for management staff, so there is no way of escalating. Emails don't get acknowledged or fail when I send the requisite documents. When I call back the calls keep dropping before I am able to speak to an agent. This is bordering on harassment.
