- Continuous harassment via phone calls, - Operator claiming to be from the original debt company and then acknowledging he is from MBD. Impersonating the original debtor. - After numerous and continuously asking for the full statement of account, and providing them with an active email address, they still fail to provide the statement and continue with the harassment.

MBD is *********, unprofessional and are bullies and need to be reviewed for their business conduct and should be held accountable for infringing on debtors rights. If possible they should be removed as a debt collector for their misconduct and unprofessional services.
