MDB ATTORNEYS

Three weeks ago my Vodacom number was deleted, I paid the amount in arrears in the amount of R1245.96. I contacted Vodacom whom informed me that my account was handed over to MBD attorneys. My daughter informed me that she received a telephone call from MBD attorneys this morning with regards to my outstanding Vodacom account, After numerous attempts to contact MBD attorneys telephonically I got hold of a "Lauren" who informed me that I owe Vodacom over R19 000.00, I requested a specified statement and Lauren informed me that she would sent same immediately. It is now almost 6 hours later and have not received same. I was trying to get hold of MBD Attorneys, I got to speak to two ladies, whom I could not hear their names, when the ascertain that I am phoning with regards to my Vodacom account they said I must hold so that they can put me through, the voicenote that I then received is as follows: "Sorry but our offices are closed" or you are number 4 in line and then all of a sudden a voice that says they are experiencing high call volume and that they cannot take my call now. CAN I PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE TO OBTAIN A SPECIFIED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT AS I RECEIVED A STATEMENT FROM VODACOM IN LAST WEEK STATING THAT THE REMAINDER OF MY CONTACT AMOUNTS TO R6954.90.
