<p>I get an SMS saying my account at some obscure Muncipality has been handed over to them and I must ring them. Well firstly it isnt my account and secondly don't ask me to ring you if you arent going to answer the call. I think you re nothing but **** rtists that probably get revenue from callers trying to consistently ring you to ensure that they dont get into trouble as actually they dont owe anyone money - especially after I read all the comments on Hello Peter! So who can sue you for harrassment? </p>
