MBD...new year, same incompetence.
The incompetence of a legal firm like MBD is staggering, while also employing people who have no telephonic manners. Today my wife received another call at work, with the consultant throwing the phone down in my wife's ear - go listen to the tape MBD. We already have one letter of apology from MBD!!! MBD have started to harass my wife at work again, despite our providing emails and proof of distribution happening to the associated accounts by via another company who has the mandate. MBD mischievously and falsely asserts we are 'uncooperative' yet phone calls are answered and emails sent. It is MBD that are 'uncooperative'. Does MBD honestly believe they are the only firm that has a mandate from the associated client? We have been making payments long before MBD came into the picture. Seriously. After receiving a phone call, and receiving an email for a: "shaniced@***X.co.za" relevant information has been sent...but typically, this lady from MBD has still not responded back ('uncooperative' ?). I want to stress to MBD again, if the employment of my wife is jeopardized due to the continuous unwarranted phone calls and income is lost...legal recourse will be sought to recover losses. Please stop the calls and do some work in answering the contact attempts from our legal third party who are in charge of distribution.

The problem is that my wife, and others, are deemed a soft target by MBD. You believe you can get money out of her, despite her making arrangements and payments each month to another company who has the mandate from the client too (long before MBD was even in the picture). But MBD does not care about this? Why? Easy answer. Because MBD is not earning collection commission. These call agents from MBD earn a commission for collections...they will harass, threaten and drive a person close to suicide as long as MBD earns the commission. You would harass someone on their death bed if you had to. Its about the money. May God forgive you.
