MBDCS Telkom's ****s

<p>The unpleasant experience of trying to close a Telkom account continues to harass law abiding citizens. I started the process of trying to close my Telkom account in May 2016. After what seemed an endless to and fro, I finally made a last payment in July 2016. After this endless waste of my time I am now am being threatened with by this disgusting company, MDBDCS. I telephoned Telkom this morning (wasted another 30 mins on the phone). Telkom were surprised because according to their records my account is indeed closed and that they owe me R81.99. The "****S" say I must pay or have Telkom write to me i.e. the mistake is between Telkom and MBDCS but I must do all the work. Will Telkom or MDBCS pay me for my time? As it is they owe me. This is enough. Is it time to begin a class action against these parastatals and their partners in crime? </p> <p> </p>
