Mbdcs Settlement letter still not received

I have settled my Truworths account via Mbdcs and they promised to email me a settlement letter. Until today I still have nothing from Mbdcs and when I call them, they don't pick up their phone. It rings forever everyday. I still can't open other accounts because they still haven't cleared my name and no letter from them as they promised.
