MBDCS harrasing clients and creating false charges on a fully paid accounts

I am extremely unhappy with MBD. They have been calling and harassing me daily. This is after I paid off an account that was transferred to the them two years ago. It seems that i made a mistake by paying them.

After I paid off the first half of the payment. one of their consultants called me to ask if I want to do a payment arrangement for the balance. We could barely here each other but I refused to make a payment arrangement. The called just terminated. the next thing I am getting text and phone calls saying that I agreed to a payment arrangement. i reiterated to the call agent that I didn't. I even asked for a note to be set on their system so that they can listen to this call that I am supposed to have made a payment arrangement.

I paid of the balance which was just a little over a R1K. They continue calling me and tell that I still owe them for the phone calls. I told them not to call me and go back to confirm whether I made a payment arrangement. Now they keep sending statements with a higher bill. I assume this has to do with the phone calls which I expressly stated I do not want.

This seems to be a racket just to keep charging accounts once they are fully paid. For two years you never said a word. i decide to pay then you harass and ignore my request to be left alone and wait for me to pay when I can. You are imposing follow up calls just to create a new bill for me. Your money is paid leave me alone.
