MBD wrong debit date

I made an arrangement with the sales consultant to debit my account every month end. Instead of month end they put their own dates.. They would debit my account twice... I did call them to fix the dates and instead they told it was another sales's consultant mistake....I end up paying 600 for bank fees of debit orders that doesn't go through.... Friday I was furious and told the sales consultant that I will call foschini card division myself because I DONT WANT MBD DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE. I've had it with them... now they taking legal actions against me... a consultant called using ***
