MBD... worst debt collection company in SA.

Heading to the 4th month of begging MBD for a paid up letter. They still haven't updated on any of the credit bereaus that my Old Mutual account was paid off. The last review I left resulted in Zukiswa Mhlobo (a supposed complaints officer) contacting me for my ID number promising to assist with my query. I emailed her on the 30th of August to remind her that almost 2 weeks had passed since she requested my ID number yet I still hasn't been assisted. I'm yet to receive a response, a good 3 weeks down the line... My credit score is decreasing each and every month. I'm begging them to furnish me with a paid up letter so I can update it with the bureaus myself and they're failing to even give me that. Always talking about "Wendy" needing to authorize for the letter to be drafted. MBD is the absolute worst debt collection company in SA and I wish that lenders would know how *********** MBD is and how they make it difficult for people who are trying to correct their wrongs by paying off their debt. A big thumbs down to Zukiswa Mhlobo, Wendy "Whoever" and MBD as a whole because even their consultants can't give you straight answers when you call in.
