MBD. Worst Company / Agents to deal with..
Mbd agents is Working under Zero supervision.. There is for the last 6 months never a Manager available to speak to or never a Manager or Team Leader on site.. Left 25plus messages for them to return my call over the last couple of months.. Send emails, also zero response.. All agents is working remotely and just doing as the please.. I seriously don't think a Company like that is allowed to operate for months without a manager.. Who checks there work or gives the agents training, which they seriously needs.. Unacceptable behavior..
