I made an arrangement to pay off my dad;s account who is a pensioner by the way with Mama , she offered no discount and was just happy to take my money debited from my bank account , after months of payment I decided to call and ask what the balance is ,I was then told due to the fact that my dad is 74 years old Maggie can offer me a discount , she said I must pay R751 Cash into standard bank account and they will continue to debit R210 from my account for 3 months then this debt will be done and paid up. I am about to make my final payment of R751 July NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS ??? their phones just ring - i need to speak to someone to honour this arrangement.
