MBD with bad bad service
I have paid my matrix account following a 50% discount on the 15th of March 2023, now they don't want with my settlement/paid up letter They are saying they do not issue paid up letters, Now I am handed to another collection attorney for the same matrix account. Can I get my paid up letter so that I can provide to the other collection agency that the account is paid. I
