MBD will not refund me
I am currently under debt counseling and all my creditors were advised of that, including MBD. However, MBD has debited my account of which should not have happened but they will not refund me. Please can I be refunded the amount I was debited by MBD, I have sent emails with documentation as proof but still have not received my refund.
