MBD - What a joke of a company

They don't deserve a one star. You are in the caller line and EVERY TIME you are caller number one they say they are experiencing too many calls and drop the phone. YET, every time I phone (8 times in a row) I am only but caller number 5....???? The representatives answering the phone (this was a month ago) are not trained. They keep saying we cannot help you? After insisting to speak to a supervisor I was given a watsap number but that replies with the same auto reply doesn't matter what message or reference or info you send them. This company is a joke. Beyond useless.
