MBD!! What a JOKE!!!! Harassing innocent people

I again am being harassed by this company! Is there any way that I can seek legal help to resolve their constant harassment? I have made it quite clear for the last 2 months that I am not the person they are looking for, but still they keep on sending message and phone calls, not not only to my mobile but WORK Number!! This is crazy. They are looking for a male in his thirties, I am a FEMALE!!! And when I take them on about not removing my details from their system they plonk the phone down in your ear! This is absolutely ridiculous that they are quick to threaten and harass you for debt but they cannot even do the correct investigation! Clearly illiterate and not properly schooled. I am so sick of this!!
