MBD Want to keep people in debt forever!

21/01 I call in to MBD to get a balance on an overdue amount, it gets given to me, I Make payment of given amount on the same day. Then boom today 24/01 I get a acknowledgement of payment letter stating that I still owe R826.28 on top of the R7937.15 I was told I owed. The letter further states that I should call to make an arrangement to pay this outstanding amount to avoid legal action. What nonsense is that? Why was the FULL amount not given to me upon request?

No one including the person I spoke to on 21/01 is able to explain this.

These attorneys are just money making ****s who send endless emails and calls just to increase costs and keep people in debt!
