MBD WAKE UP
Ive paid and settled this account in december. Called in 4 times and requested a Paid up letter. I was told to wait they sent a request to customer care. Ive waited then called on the 3rd jan i was told it will be emailed to me , the agent even confirmed my email she said it would be later that day or the wednesday the 4th so i got nothing still waiting. Called today 06th in the morning and was told it will take 2 weeks to come. Called in the afternoon and was told it takes 48 hours i should get it today by the end of the day because 48 hours is over. I check and STILL NOTHING NO PAID UP LETTER.
I also sent numerous emails and NO RESPONSE.
Can someone get back to me! This is ridiculous.
