MBD very useless

MBD has harrassed me for a very long with my Vodacom account,then last year 2023 not sure about the month I paid up my account and ask them to give a paidup letter, even today 04/02/2024 still waiting for my Paid up letter. I need that paid up within 24hours otherwise MBD will deal with my lawyers
