Mbd useless
Why do big institutions still make use off these guys? Totally unprofessional. 6 years ago a account with Miladys was fully paid up to MBD by debit order. Eversince been trying to get a paid up letter. The details is still at itc! This prevents me from opening another account. I have send numerous requests to mbd re this matter. No reply...but all of a sudden I get harassed (daily sms) yrying to bargain payment for discounts on this Mr Price/Miladys account from 6 years ago! What a bunch of useless people!

04 May 2023, 08:16So I get the promised paid up letter by email. Two days later it gets reversed due to apparently mbd send it by mistake! Request a full statement. Only reflects payment until August 2019....the rest just gone....my last so called telephone communication was Nov 2022 and we all know how they handle those....I requested a copy off the telephone call s. If and only if my payments went astray then in any case this account has been prescribed. My only problem is with that is due to their poor accounts department I cannot get my name removed. Unfortunately I will need to open up a situation from Feb 2022 where I had numerous fights with them re giving private information to unknown persons re a diffrent account that didn't belong to me. They did send a apology after numerous threats re violation of the popia act.
I did request this morning a full statement and recordings of all telephone calls. They need to proof to me that I made a commitment recently re the so called outstanding amount. If they cant I guess that my lawyers will go to the ombudsman.
They not even worth a one star there should be a minus star button.
