MBD UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

This morning my husband was called due to one of his accounts been in arrears. We advise the consultant to send us banking details so we can do a EFT to them as we pay to the store . She refused to give me banking details she says they don't have banking for us to make cash payment she kept saying so I like my account to have interest and build interest. she kept pushing for a debit order which I don't give out banking details over the phone . She was rude n cut the call while I was speaking to her. I don't understand how MBD can hire so unprofessional people . This is very upsetting and I need this matter to be resolved
