MBD Unprofessional Debt Collection Skills

The harassment charges I will be filing with the police and discussions with my attorneys to prepare for a damage. MBD Credit Solutions/MBD Attorneys and now called Transaction Capital Recoveries, because of bad reputation, you are useless company. Getting cell number out of hat? Don`t you verify the information you have on record? You should shut down! I'm so irritated by the harassing phone calls, and SMS' from MBD. They call me time and time again and puts down without saying anything. Then I later receive SMS'ses. No one in the call centre is able to assist, nor do they know what they are doing. They just cut you off once you request to speak to management. Useless, absolutely inoperable company. Lodging complains with Council of Debt Collectors and the Association of Debt Recovery Agents
