MBD unprofessional

I would just like to say how unprofessional MBD attorneys is. I lost my job a year ago and took several months to get a job again so i could pay my accounts and not earning the same amount i used to which makes things alot harder. This is the very first time i have been in financial trouble and have had a excellent credit rating for many years. The consultant over the phone told me i can pay my gym account directly. In doing so thinking ive squared my debt off i go to virgin active gym thinking ive paid off my account and can gym. They tell me MBD still has my account and they cant let me in, was literally embarrassed the way the gym handled it aswell. I phoned MBD and there was still another 1079rand in their fees that must be paid. That includes sms's, phone calls and emails MBD made to contact me. I asked the lady for the breakdown and was highly upset because i never knew about the charge or i would have not gone to gym. The consultant before never warned me and told me i can go directly to virgin active and pay. The lady still had not sent me a breakdown of the fees involved which she said i had before and she was sending it again. She still said my email correct over the phone and i have checked all folders in my email. There's no MBD anywhere. You guys are horribly rude and not trained properly either for situatuons that are in hand. Not sure what im being charged on and won't make a payment until i know.
