MBD Unfair practise

MBD are the **** of the earth. I'm sorry but firstly they call you at 7 AM in the morning, twice today, when you call them back they say their offices aren't open yet. So they're not open at can harass people. I t ell you why, because a lot of people aren't awake or ready then, so what they do is charge the R550 per call that you cant get to, so they have a nice little R200 ready in their pocket before the day even starts from all the calls you cant answer. Also I'm pretty sure its *******.

Then, I made arrangements with them because I have been affected by COVID-19 and lost my clients, so have agreed on a reduced amount, guess what, they had ignored all of that, still take then full amount off and refused to give my little bit of money back that I did get in to feed my family, they still took and sit there happily and start harassing to add more and more onto the bill so that next time they can work towards *****ing further.

Your ethics are a ball of ****. Id love to see you in court, so lets go.

Great, Thank you. I typed a bit fast, its like R50 each call. Also the same agents called many times before 8 so thats an easy R200 made for the day off 1 person, and told them they can call at 8 because thats a reasonable time given you are a business, yet 8AM comes and no phone calls at all. Isnt that suspicious? That is clearly how you make extra money. Great. So 8AM has passed, Im waiting for the call. Call now, fight fair

To add to this, even though an agreement has been made, they still harass you everyday at 7am in the mornings to make further arrangements because the first arrangement that agreed to is not satisfactory for them, even the next day after agreeing they start with their sh&t before even getting a change to adhere to the 1st arrangement. How is adding calling fees to the account for this behavior and circumstances even fair practice?!

The lines are always terrible and cant hear the agents. Still a nightmare to deal with. And try not to get into debt for whatever reason, albeit Pandemic related or losing income because if you have to deal with MBD...I would honestly rather emigrate to save myself the agony.

And then, to top it off, they say they will deal with the complaint, but don't hold your breath for that to happen. You will most certainly perish if you do.
