MBD - TV License Harasment

I'm having so many challenges with MBD and the harassment to pay my TV License. As a household my life partner for the last 8 years is buying the TV license. I have completed applications to the SABC previously but due the the not existence of there administration my request never got updated.

MBD is now harassing me in the payment of the TV license and every time when I speak to them, before I got finish they will just put down the phone.

The harassment is just continuing without the matter getting resolved.
