MBD & THEIR *********** STAFF

I wish I knew the name and contact information of the owner of this business because their staff is so unhelpful. I made a payment to settle my account with a discount from MBD staff, and after numerous calls to their company to request my settlement letter indicating that the account has been paid and receiving the response "you will receive it in 2 - 3 days," it has been nearly a month and I am still getting SMS messages stating that I owe money.
