MBD the worst collection business

I've had the worst experience with MBD. I want to settle my Jet account and they are a nightmare, infact Jet is also a nightmare. Everytime I try to call them they are not available. Whenever they call ne it's either they contact someone else regarding my account or when I pick up they drop the call. I've been asking them to provide me with their banking details so I can pay them but that's difficult. I want to settle the account before the 28/02/2022 but I don't get any assistance from them
