MBD ( the company that fails the people)

I have sent an email to MBD for a paid up letter for my Capitec Account which was paid back in 2021 and to date i have not received a paid up letter . Also i been to Capitec bank and they stated that MBD have not informed them the account is paid up with them so MBD still have my account flagged as not paid. MBD by now should of removed the debt due to it being paid up and updated the client CAPITEC. MBD is quick to ask for payments but cannot do the job properly. I want a paid up letter as a matter of urgency and as well as to make capitec aware that the account is paid up.
