MBD & TFG Headache

I have been requesting for ITC update since I settled the account and received my paid up letter from MBD and my ITC profile still shoes that I owe Foshini account when I call I am told the my account is handed over. My credit report reflects a Balance and active while when I call customer service I'm being told a different story.... I am sick and tired. Please inactive the account and update the balance to 0 on credit bureau because I have settled the account. I am still being told to settle the Foshini account while MBD gave me paid up letter.
