MBD taking chances

I am getting tired of getting calls from these unprofessional call center agents from this company. Firstly I have never had an overdraft in my life (not even with Standard bank). They cant provide any information about the debt they are collecting , but want me to make an arrangement for payment and if you press them on info they become rude. I have told them to come to me with information or I will not Entertain any thing from them going forward
