MBD Sucks so bad even a Creepy crawler sucks better

if there was a ZERO rating I would gladly give it to MBD I am so frustrated, everyday without fail i will receive a call or my wife from MBD , today I spoke to CAROL who as absolutely rude,, telling i i must bring the sundowns from my lawyers... their staff are rude and has no telecommunication s****s, the whole circus needs to go for training. firstly they will ask for your ID no. they have have why dont they ask me if this is correct,, last week a lady told me my date of birth,, the date, the month and the year was wrong,,,, I DO NOT HAVE A BANK ACC WITH CAPITEC, and i am told settle your account or else,, i said plse take me to court so i can sue the **** out of you for deformation of character they give you numbers that dont exist ,, ********** and ********** MBD capitec loan acc ... spoke to a manger today by the name of NCEBA MYAQELA ********** ,, said he will speak to someone at Capitec and will come back to me,, which he did,, but the person he was waiting for was in a meeting,, said he will call me back ... is there any other people out there that is experiencing the same problem,,, what can we do about it ,,,,
