MBD sucks

Okay were to start. That call me Avery day for one account not to mention emails and SMS. Some of the calls u hear the person talking on the other side with someone then thy put the pone down. If I get an hold of the that are rud and treated me like an ********. I have asked the more than once to give me an email address were I can send my medical documents to proof that I can't work and are medically boarded but no response. That do not care asking as that get money from u thy are happy. Its that same as with my mom were I'm stating she is an sassa pensoier but MBD still Hassel her on a dayley Bassi's and if u tell them I can only afford this amount thy will tell u its unaccepted u must pay what thy tell u.
