MBD (Standard Bank Credit Card)

This company bought my bad debt credit card account portfolio from Standard Bank. I have acknowledged that account and advised them tha currently I have ZERO income, I will only be able to make it good once my finaces are rehabilitated. The harassment is from their unpofessional staff who call everday on both lines that I have. They phone before I even answer , they drop and phone on the other line, at times their phones just snap. The staff is too argumentative and do not listen to what the client is explaining. The bad thing is that all these calls add to my final obligation, which is tantamount to theft. If an average call is R10 , it means in 28 business days one phone will cost R280X 2, an amount of over R560 for an unnecessary call. They ask you the same question everyday if you happen to answer and you are connected, it is frustrating and for unhealthy and mentally weak people it can cause depression and translate to attempted ****** by this MBD. They claim their calls are recorded but can not refer to the recordings to understand the position of the person their calling, its just s****py.
