MBD / Standard bank

MBD , I had an account with Standardbank . The same account was later sold to MBD . In December 2021 , MDB called me with a discount offer should I settle my account . I went ahead and settle my account based on the discount offered . Now I have been asking for my settlement letter , now a different story come up . ‘ I now still owes them ‘ . I referred the matter to their account balancing dept since early January , to date ZERO respond . You ask for the superiors contact , all you get , an alternative contact call center numbers . They don’t even look into the file references before they call .MBD is a pain , ********* business practice
