MBD stalkers, harrasers and ****mers

For the last 2 years I have been getting calls from these idiots asking to speak to my wife about her absa account. Every time I ask what's it about they will say legal matter, more I ask what it is about the more the keep saying legal matter. ALSO There has been times we're their agents told me they calling from old mutual and that my wife has unclaimed benifits, false representation just to trick you into talking to them, how can you trust people like that to even handle Money.

For everyone who deals with these stalkers take note:

1. If you don't have a account with these people and they want to speak to someone else and not you, the poppy act is clear, you are not allowed to give anyones private numbers out.

2. If it's your private phone, there is no law that force you to give your private phone to anyone unless your comfortable doing so, by phoning my WIFE I'm not comfortable giving my phone to ****mers and stalkers.

2. I have arrangements with absa directly, I have recieved no notification from ABSA, that these ****mers and stalkers are handling the account, WHAT DOES MBD EXPECT I will just roll over and start paying people who I don't know, for attorneys they really not aware of *****sters, as far as I'm concerned they are *****sters.

3. If you try get hold of their offices you continue to get through to their consultants who work from home, so getting hold of management is useless.

4. Contacted my lawyers who instructed. Me to get hold of the debt counselings, debt council, I did that nothing has been done.

These people just phone and demand money WITH NO AUTHORITY since the original account is with another comapany like ABSA and again arrangements are made with ABSA directly, we have kept our terms with ABSA and there for MBD are in violation with the agreement we have with ABSA and since I HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH MBD them demending money from me is a direct harassment and stalking.

I challenge MDB to provide any contract MYSELF OR MY WIFE signed stating we deal with you, and Secondly IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO MY WIFE AND TRULY HAVE HER ABSA ACCOUNT THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE HER NUMBER AND NOT MINE. Phone her directly stop phoning me privately and demanding I give my personal property to someone else, stop harassing me if you don't want to talk to me, stop asking me too break the law like you and give private cell numbers out against the poppy act.

I recommend that the 5000 dislikes on hello Peter these people to get into contact with each other and sink MBD for harrasmeny, ****ming and *****.
