MBD staff hate their jobs!!!

I had an overdue account that was sold by the Financial Institution to MBD Credit Solutions.I don't understand why any business would want to work with such a mismanaged, rude-staffed, untrained and unhappy employeed company!!! Do these business sell accounts to MBD because they are cheap,(the lowest bidder) or through a favor or what the hell!! MBD Staff , clearly hate their jobs, they have no customer service, no telephone etiquette. I spoke to Lebo and she just dropped the phone in my hear because we were struggling to hear eachother. Then to Divina who claimed her TL will get back to me.
