MBD should be shut down for non compliance of NCR

MBD Attorneys bring people to the ground! No one answers the calls, no one calls you back after emails. I am trying to get a paid up letter for you guys to remove me from the Bureau. You keep people stuck there not updating the Bureau that the clients are paid up! Affecting their credit profiles in a very horrible manner. Accounts are paid up so long ago and yet still you show a Balance????????? I have logged disuputes with the Bureau and also reporting MBD for horrible service, it should be shut down because what you guys are doing is ruining peoples credit profiles, and how does a business operate when you cant even get a hold of MBD, you email call leave messages, they dont get back to you. I really hope NCR looks into MBD, you cannot operate like this, is it not *******??
