MBD should actually shut down at the rate they going where customer service is concerned
Good day, I would like to share my bad experience with regards to this business whom I have an active account with. The service I receive from them is the worst. I receive monthly statements from them via a sms link which I'm not able to open at all. Also I have paid my account on time each month and they then summons me to court claiming I have not paid them. I'm a legalwise member and got them involved to represent me so we forward all my payment proof of each month to them and then they just don't respond. My account has now been paid in full and now I call them every day for a paid up letter and they keep promising me I will receive it in 2 days and it's just not happening.
