MBD settlements are lies
My Edgars account was handed over to MBD. In May this year I was contacted by Pumzile who gave me a discount if I settled the account. I settled on the 31st of May and to date have not received a paid up letter despite my numerous requests. This reflects negatively on my credit status with the bureau. To top it off I am now getting sms's asking me to settle the balance on my Edgars account which in fact was the discount. I am sick and tired of trying to sort this out.
