MBD settlement problem
I was given a settlement amount, which I authorizes for a direct debit. The money went off the account and now after a year, MBD wants the balance between settlement and original amount. Somebody didn't do their wor**** I was in contact with them, and they just cannot seem to be able to resolve the issue. Asked the lady regarding settlement letter and was told they will be able to see the account is settled on their side. Told me recently that the money is laying in a gray area. What does that mean? According to me, the account is settled.
