MBD SETTLEMENT LETTER

I settled my vodacom account with MBD in March and up to today I never received my settlement letter and they keep saying we sent but I never receive it. I even went on giving them my work email to try it but still nothing. They keep saying Fridah sent but they are lying because vodacom self is not aware that the account is settled now they handed it over to another attorneys which affecting my ITC score very bad.
