MBD settlement letter
I paid MBD for the standard bank credit card. I paid the whole amount of that I owed which was R21000 . I called them and asked them to email me the settlement letter. They promised to email it because they also confirmed that I have paid everything. This is affecting my credit score. I don't know what to do
