MBD services stinks

My Foschini Account was handed over to MBD Attorneys which I paid at Westgate Branch on the 25th of April 2019. When I phoned on Monday the 13th of May 2019 I was told to fax the proof of payment with my id number written on the proof of payment. I contacted MBD again to confirm my fax the consultant told me she will make a note on the system that I forwarded my proof of payment and I will be contacted during course of the week to comfirm clearance of my account. When I phoned back the 15th of May 2019 the consultant told me if I faxed the proof of payment why did they not receive it and insisted that I think I sent it. Instead of investigating and see if he could allocate the proof of payment he rather insulted me by telling I think I sent the fax. I think it is incompetency by insulting me like that.
