They requested R5433 as a settlement amount, once that was paid they then requested a further R60,38 and said it was for chargers, I then did a transfer on my app for that balance, but I am now receiving numerous threats stating that I have failed to pay the R60,38 but it was paid, don't they have a system to check instead of threatening customers, this is appalling and disgusting
